User Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the photos, text, videos, and descriptions you upload, but grant YKBM a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, and promote your content to operate and market the platform.

IP Rights

Users must own or have explicit rights to all uploaded material. You may not post copyrighted, trademarked, or proprietary content owned by third parties without permission.

YKBM Assets

The YKBM logo, codebase, workflows, designs, and platform architecture are proprietary property of YKBM, LLC. Unauthorized scraping, copying, or reverse engineering is prohibited.
