Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers agree to:

  • Provide accurate shipping and billing information.
  • Review product descriptions, materials, and policies before purchasing.
  • Ask questions before purchasing if details are critical.
  • Complete checkouts exclusively through YKBM's approved payment checkout system.
  • Communicate respectfully.
  • Avoid chargeback abuse or review extortion.

    • Checkout & Guest Cart

    Guests may add items to a temporary guest cart, but completing a checkout requires account registration or login.

    Order Issues & Disputes

    If an order is not received, is damaged, or is materially different from the description, buyers should contact the seller directly via YKBM messaging or report the issue to YKBM support for resolution.
